Aberdeenshire’s Education and Children Service is currently undertaking a review of Pupil Support Assistants (PSAs) across the authority. Part of this process is the gathering of information to try to ascertain the impact of the new post. This information will be gathered through on-line surveys, focus groups and other discussions e.g. visits to schools. The Review Group has developed an on-line questionnaire through Survey Monkey to enable them to gather feedback from parents.
